Psalm 5:1-3
1 Give ear to my words, O Lord,
Consider my meditation.
2 Give heed to the voice of my cry,
My King and my God,
For to You I will pray.
3 My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord;
In the morning I will direct it to You,
And I will look up.
Our God is a loving Father Who desires our time.
He wants our thoughts, our hearts to be directed to Him.
If we will pray, God will listen.
If we ask for wisdom, He will give it.
The Lord delights in leading us, guiding us in this life.
He is happy when we follow.
Never hesitate to pray.
Pray in good times and bad.
Pray when temptation is hard and when you have no trials.
Pray to the Lord and expect Him to answer.
It may be an answer we don't expect, but He will answer.
Thank our heavenly Father that He is available to us.
That He has an ear for us at all times.
Thank God for caring so much for us.
Because of His love and care we can trust in Him.
Begin every day with a little prayer.
It can be silent.
But thank the Lord for each new day and all His blessings.
And ask Him to guide us through every hour of our lives.
He is willing.
